| The Aquila Estates
are serviced by a government regulated water utility: Woodley Range Water
Works Ltd. This is a state of the art community water system, complete with
6 production wells, a 136000 US gallon water reservoir and a water treatment
plant. There are over 4 kilometers of road works as well as 10 kilometers of piping for water supply, water distribution and fire fighting: 1 dozen fire hydrants are strategically dispersed throughout the development. Individual septic systems with large covenanted sewage fields are coupled with the option of award winning septic tanks (green deemed certification).  |
